Born in Northern New Jersey, Mr. White grew up in the restaurant industry. As a young man, Anthony worked as a both a delivery driver and warehouse manager, where he learned the logistics of the restaurant industry from the ground level. Mr. White attended Villanova University, graduating with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and Real Estate.

After graduating, he jumped right back into the restaurant industry, managing JRC Management’s fast-casual concepts with a hands-on and guest-focused approach. In 2013, Anthony accepted the “Guest Service Leadership” award from the Johnny Rockets Group for his restaurant receiving the most compliments franchise wide. While managing the restaurants, Mr. White saw an opportunity on to take on more responsibility on the business end. Using his expertise, Anthony created and implemented systems to completely digitize all record keeping and financial reporting at JRC Management’s restaurant concepts. Anthony now oversees the finance department of Momentum Hospitality, where he works diligently to maximize profitability company wide.
